Q. What is your pet policy?
A. No more than 2 pets.  Breed restrictions include- Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Rottweiler, and Doberman Pincher. $150 non-refundable pet fee, $150 pet deposit and $25.00 per month per pet.

Q. What are the pool hours?
A. The pool is open year-round from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., 7-days a week.

Q. How can I reserve the guest suite for visitors?
A. Available by request based on availability. Reservations can me made in leasing office. Rates: $60/per night for the studio guest suite ~ $100 per night for the 1bed/1bath suite ~ $120 per night for the 2bed/2bath suite. All Suites require a holding deposit of $250.

Q. Who should I contact for maintenance issues?
A. Call (303) 727-1100 to report routine maintenance requests or call (303) 426.3655 for maintenance emergencies.

Q. What security is available on-premise and who can I call for security-related issues?
A. There is no security on-site. Contact the Lakewood Police Department at (303) 987-7111 or dial 911 for emergencies.

Q. When can I use the business center and what equipment is available?
A. The business center is open from 6 a.m – 11 p.m. You may use Internet-accessible computers or printer.  And, you can access the Internet with your laptop via our wireless connections.

Q. When is rent due and where should it be deposited?
A. Rent is due the first of each month and is considered late on the fourth of the month. Late fees will incur starting on the fourth of the month.

Q. What is the deposit return policy?
A. The security deposit is fully refundable provided the apartment is left in proper condition, allowing for normal wear and tear.  See the sales office for a handy checklist detailing expectations.

Q. What are the required move-out procedures and notification requirements?  
A. Residents intending to move out are required to give a written notice 60 days prior to move-out. Residents are expected to leave the apartment clean and intact, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.
