A. Pet Policy 60lbs.(combined weight if you have 2 pets) no more than 2 pets. We only allow cats and dogs. Breed restrictions include-Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Chow, Rottweiler, Dalmatian and Doberman Pincher. $200 non-refundable pet fee,$200 pet deposit and $20.00 per month per pet.
Q. What are the pool hours?
A. The pool is open year-round from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., 7-days a week.
Q. How can I reserve the guest suite for visitors?
A. Available by request based on availability. Reservations can me made in clubhouse office for $55/per night for the guest suite and $99 per night for the apartment.
Q. Who should I contact for maintenance issues?
A. Call 1-866-RIVER-06 for maintenance issues, emergencies and service requests.
Q. What security is available on-premise and who can I call for security-related issues?
A. There is no security on-site. Contact the Lakewood Police Department at (303) 987-7111 or dial 911 for emergencies.
Q. When can I use the business center and what equipment is available?
A. The business center is open from 6 a.m – 11 p.m. You may use Internet-accessible computers, printers and fax or access the Internet with your laptop via our wireless connections.
Q. When is rent due and where should it be deposited?
A. Rent is due the first of each month and is considered late on the second of the month. Late fees will incur starting on the fourth of the month.
Q. What is the deposit return policy?
A. The security deposit is fully refundable provided the apartment is left in proper condition, allowing for normal wear and tear. See the sales office for a handy checklist detailing expectations.
Q. What are the required move-out procedures and notification requirements?
A. Residents intending to move out are required to give a written notice 60 days prior to move-out. Residents are expected to leave the apartment clean and intact, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.

Q. What hours are available for site tours and who should I contact?
A. We are open for community tours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from
10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays. You can set up a site tour through the leasing office by calling (720) 874-0900 any time between the hours of 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday or 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
